The Fund has initially invested in infrastructure fund, mainly Power Plant. The fund invested in the right of net revenue. The term of the Net Revenue Transfer Agreement has commenced since the completed investment date payment date of purchasing price to BEC and BPC in accordance with Net Revenue Transfer Agreement by the Fund, to the termination date of the Net Revenue Transfer Agreement, on August 10, 2028 for BEC, and April 6, 2035 for BPC respectively.
