คณะบุคคลซึ่งทำหน้าที่ให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะนำต่อบริษัทจัดการเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนในทรัพย์สินกิจการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและการบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินกิจการโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน
Duties and Responsibilities of the Investment Advisory Committee
The Investment Advisory Committee shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Upon request by the Management Company, to provide advice and recommendation to the Management Company in relation to the Fund's investment in Infrastructure Assets as well as management of Infrastructure Assets in which the Fund has invested; and
- To declare to the Management Company if any member of the Investment Advisory Committee has an interest (whether directly or indirectly) in the matters requiring advice or recommendation. The member who has such interest (whether directly or indirectly) shall not participate in the meeting to consider such matters.
